Below are the documents for the 2025 Annual General Meeting to be held May 12, 2025 at 8:00 p.m.

The revisions to the Constituion and Bylaws are the result of a discussion at last years AGM where there was support for the Executive to come forward with a plan to add 2 new positions to the Executive.

Highlights of changes proposed are as follows:

• Staggered terms for executive members, terms will be two year terms and elections will be staggered between even and odd years.  All positions will be up for election this year as all positions were elected to single year terms at last years meeting.  
• Adding two positions to the Executive in the Consitution and Bylaws, and removing them from the volunteer positions in the Regulations and Policies.  The two proposed new positions are:
  • Female Coordinator 
  • U7/U9 Coordinator  
• Combining the Registrar position with the Secretary position in order to streamline our future registration process
• Updates to some clerical items such as changing references from Saskatchewan Hockey Association to HockeySask, etc…
• Increase deposit fee for panty shells to $70 to cover cost of replacement
